Strawberry Cucumber Summer Smoothie

The Flavors of Summer Blend together for a refreshing smoothie.

3/4 Cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
5-6 slices of cucumber
1 cup milk of choice (or 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup milk)
2 Scoops Shaklee Life Shake *
1-2 fresh mint leaves (or a couple drops of mint extract)

Blend all ingredients – add a handful of ice – blend again. Enjoy!
