Goals & Being Accountable

Hi Team,

Bill, Young and I are in this mentoring program with Gary and he asked us to write out our goals. Not just what we want, but what will we do – back it up with an action plan and find an accountability partner that we speak with each week to report what we did. Not what we didn’t do – but what we did to move forward.

I will continue to post highlights from his weekly calls here at the blog. Below are the guidelines he set out for participating and he encouraged us to get an accountability partner. He is calling the Program “Are You Ready?” So I pose that question to all of you. If you are I suggest you follow Gary’s guidelines for writing out your goals – share them with your upline and find an accountability partner. I am willing to be accountability partner to anyone who is willing to do what Gary has outlined below. My goals are attached at end of post. Contact me with ?’s.

What are the Guidelines for participating in the project?

1. To be committed to reaching the next rank – The Dream Plan is about leader development.

2.       To Have written goals -send a copy to your upline leader and your accountability partner (may be the same person or different)

What kind of goals should I have?  They should be about what you plan to DO in your business in the next 90 days; not what you will have or get.  For example, I’ll plan to sponsor 3 people per week myself; not, I’m going on the trip to the Mayan Riviera.

Here are some questions to help you start on your goals. (Remember, you can revise your goals at any time.
